Lawyer and end-of-life doula. As part of DescLAB, she has led strategic litigation in Colombia that expanded access to euthanasia and medical aid in dying, positioning the country as a regional leader. She represented clients in landmark cases—such as that of Martha Sepúlveda—and has advocated for structural reforms to remove barriers imposed by the healthcare system regarding the right to a dignified death.

She studied Law and earned a Master’s degree in Journalism at the Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá), and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley. She was named "Person of the Year" by the newspaper El Espectador in 2021 for her advocacy regarding euthanasia in Colombia.
