Dinah Magnante

Lawyer. Holder of a Master’s degree in Biomedical Ethics. Faculty member at the Bioethics Unit of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) School of Medicine. Author of the book "Bioética Clínica. Toma de Decisiones. Final de la Vida. Legislación Internacional" (2019). She participated in the drafting of Law 26.742 (the "Dignified Death Law"). She has been involved in landmark cases regarding the adjustment of therapeutic effort and continues to advocate for patients' rights. She has authored articles and protocols on the adjustment of therapeutic effort and serves as a speaker at conferences and seminars, as well as an instructor in diploma programs on bioethics and health law in Argentina and abroad. She has served on various bioethics and research ethics committees. She is the Chair of the Health Law Commission of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (AABA).
