Edgardo Pablo Molins

Lawyer and Public Defender currently serving as a Judge of the Court of Appeals in the Province of Buenos Aires. Together with his team, he filed a lawsuit against the public authorities responsible for health administration, seeking to ensure that an individual suffering from an incurable, degenerative disease be provided with the necessary pharmacological means and medical assistance to voluntarily end their life.
